Creating an account and registering itCreate an account to receive current informationCreating an account is essential to receive current organisational information in the run-up to the Congress in August. If you have not already, you may create an account on the pre-registration page. Exceptionally, you may send by fax or mail a completed copy of the pre-registration form. However, it must include a valid email address for future correspondence. Register the account to attend the CongressTo attend the meeting in August, all delegates are required to pay the appropriate registration fee to flag their account as registered. Advance payment of registration fee is strongly recommended for all participants and is offered at a discounted early-bird rate. Authors with an accepted lecture or seminar must register before 25 July 2008 to guarantee the inclusion of their paper in the program and in the proceedings. The preferred method of payment for the Congress is electronic payment by credit card or bank deposit. For your convenience you may pay for the Congress proceedings, banquet and social events at the same time. Simply login, browse the site to add the items you wish to make a payment for, and finally proceed to the 'Manage payments' link in your account menu.
The early-bird registration rate is available until 27 June. Registration includes: a program packet containing the Book of Abstracts and CD-ROM of Short Papers, the technical sessions, the morning and afternoon coffee breaks,
the Get-Together Party on the Sunday evening, and the Welcome Reception on the Monday evening.
